What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator
Taking incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls (sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice).
- Adding information and accurately logging each call into our CRM call handling platform
- Playing your part in a supportive team environment to provide the best possible experience to Residents
- A variety of shifts can be offered including full-time, part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- Senior positions are also available for experienced customer call handlers
What we are looking for
- Great customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
- You’ll be a great communicator, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm in a crisis and have excellent problem-solving skills
- You’ll possess a good standard of English and be able to enter data into systems accurately

- We offer competitive rates of pay DOE, from £12.12 per hour, (full-time equivalent to £23,300 per annum)
